Blood Work

Can someone explain the process of using a private lab for blood work? I've been researching on the forum and it's confusing as hell for me.

I'm wondering what tests to order from a private lab, which private lab to use, and once those tests are obtained, what I'd be looking for. Are there different labs for before, during and after cycle? Different labs for different conditions during a cycle?

If there is a sticky on this topic, please send me the link, that would be really helpful.
