Anybody no were to get bloods done in Canada. I have gone to several dr. To try to get a requistion to get bloods done. But none will give me any do to the nature of the situation when I tell them I'm on cycle. What do my fellow Canadians do

no doctor should refuse you. if it's a matter of monitoring and making sure your health is okay they are bound to do so. try a walkin clinic or a specialized lab like mds. they may make you pay, but at least you'll have bloods.

Ya man i cant believe that no doctor would run blood work for you regardless of reasoning..Tell him you wanna check your levels cuz ur starting a new diet, or workout regimen, or your concerned with low T as bigficker said...LH, FSH, BP, cholesterol and Test levels are things that no doctor should up his nose at...

You told them your on a cycle? Thats why they have refused you. Now you evidence that your a drug abuser on your medical record PERMANENTLY. Never tell the doc your are taking steroids because:

1. They will likely refuse to do give you a blood test
2. You would be admitting guilt to an illegal crime (well not really illegal in canada but in the US) and it will be officially documented. This could come back to haunt you if you ever have a legit medical problem. Doctors will look at your medical history and not treat you because you were a drug abuser.

This is what you do. You go to a WALK IN CLINIC, not your family doctor, if you on cycle and do a test he will know your juicing and record that in your medicial history. Go to a walk in clinic and tell them you want some bloodwork done because you have health concerns or say that you think you have high cholesterol or something then just get them to tack on the rest of the tests. They will likely not refuse if you dont tell them your juicing on the juice.

Some Doctors are fine with it...some aren't, you would know whether your own doctor would be cool with it or not. So if you don't think he cool with it, then you should not have asked. As for reasons why doctors deny, it's because they feel it's waste of the health care system, to be getting blood work for someone doing something they probably should not be doing, it cost the health care system $$.
If your going to play the game, then your going to have to learn how to start to lie properly to get what you want to get done. Proper PC after your cycle and knowing your own body as well to whether it has recovered or not goes a long ways also. I juiced for yearsssss, never bothered with blood work, but I'm fine :)

There is no place in my city that will do it, I have complained that I have low T levels and lack of energy even though I do not and the response I get is "look at you, your huge and have more T than most" and then they go on to say I show no visible signs of low T and tests would be pointless. The next time I said that I would like to check my T levels and compare then to the average adult to see where they are at, same response and saying I have no symptoms of low T, keep in mind this was a completely different doctor.

I think you have to get away from the smaller communities and head to a place like Toronto walk ins where they probably just don't give a shit and want to make money.

Hopefully this thread brings up something.

I was referred to this by another member back in the day but I am unsure of it, price is alot higher than PrivateMDLabs but can be shipped to Canada or the States. Here is the site.

Gotta be subtle about it man. Ask for a cholesterol test because you eat a high fat diet and you are worried it is affecting your health. Then when he approves that, tell him to throw in test levels because you are feeling lethargic lately or something. Should work. Once he does a cholesterol test, it doesnt cost the healthcare system much extra to test more blood values.
