Ran Dbol for kick start to my Test E cycle, have a couple more days @ 50mg which will conclude the 4 weeks.. ran @ 30mg/40mg/40mg/50mg

Put on about 5-7 lbs in this 4 week period. ( I suppose not too bad, but was expecting more )

I did get great pumps in and out of gym, but that seems to of been the extent of what I benefited from the Dbol, no real increase in strength at all.

Only other sides I noticed was BP increase (BP would SKYROCKET when I took whole dose at once, rather than spread out thru the day. )

From all the hype I constantly see about Dbol and its quick mass and strength building properties, I must say I was disappointed.

..On another note, I can say the Test has kicked in what seems like overnight. LOl feeling fucking great now. :D
 
if all ur looking for is weight on the scale then yea they are lol.... water retention no matter how much u workout
 
ma-ma-ma-ma-magic... I know people who dbol only cycles, dumbasses :D, and they barely workout and they drink (again, dumbasses lol) like a fish and they get bigger

I KNOW that.

Dbol is a powerful steroid, and is known to quickly increase strength and weight due to its water retention properties, and I didn't notice any of this to happen.

I'm just simply sharing my experience.

yea that's weird, my first dbol and test cycle (t400, cyp, ent, deca) I gained 12 pounds in the first month like legit it was like hmmmm where do I want to put a half pound today? hmmm
 
ur suppose to watch ur fast acting carbs, and sodium and I also noticed you didn't mention any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or liver supps

I want you to go to the store and head over to the meat section. Pick up the 5lb tube of hamburger and see how massive that is. If you can put on that much muscle in 4 weeks (you didn't, a good bit of that was water still) you should be happier than a pig in shit. That's a TON of mass to put on in such a short period of time. The problem is that you had it built up in your mind on what to expect. This always leads to disappointment in the end.

I eat "clean" so my sodium intake is not an issue, but the white rice on the other hand.. my staple carb while bulking, no ones perfect ;)

By no means was this weight all muscle, probly 90% water and fat (eating large surplus ).
..and yes your 100% correct about having larger expectations b4 hand.
 
Dbol @ 40mg raises my bp a lot, to the point where I feel really awful. Sometimes it can get as high as 180/105 if I go all at once. On the other hand VERY good strength increase, big bloat, LOT'S of water retention combined with test (15-16 pounds on my first cycle in 4 weeks! 500mg test & 40mg dbol no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and no side effects beside high BP) but I don't really feel like I'm putting on actual muscle on it. And if I do it is so very little it's not worth the high BP for me ..
