I am currently and 18 year old in high school. I am the biggest kid in school right now with lean muscle. Now I realize that people think their own ways and everyone is different, but for some reason, I look at a person with the slightest bit of muscle and I think they are bigger then me. I went up to one kid that I though looked WAY bigger then me and I was asking him for advice and the said "Dude you are so much freaking bigger then me, why are you asking me for advice?" Now I am not insecure or anything I just don't understand why I do this? When there is other people, for example MATT, that thinks he is bigger and better looking then a ton of people that he isn't, not to call you out matt just using you as an example. Just everyone in school asks me if I am taking steroids and if I can help them get them and I just don't understand my mentality. Any thoughts on this would be great.

Seriously, I don't know. I go to meets and I see guys that I think are going to be in my weight class (198 or 220) and they'll be 181s. Guys that turn out to be in my weight class I'm like "lol, look at this giant freak! must be 242 at least."
slight case of manorexia maybe.
Conversely I get super self-conscious about being too big sometimes when I'm in a crowd or "normals".

Op, we all do it. Some more extreme like yourself, but I go to the gym and think I'm the smallest guy there and then get dudes I think are huge asking me how to get big.
We bodybuilder just never think we look good enough. It's not a bad thing. It just means you're hungry to get better. You're alleys thinking there is more to learn, more that's out there. Embrace it and ask as many questions as you need to, even if you end up being the bigger better looking person than who you ask.

I guess you are right, I am 13% bodyfat and I think I look like shit, and the people around me tell me that I make them feel bad because if I think I look like shit then I must think they look fucking terrible. So is this a case where I will never be satisfied with the way I look?
