striations are becoming visable... no way u are 12 bro... I would say 9, 10 at the most, anything less and u will start to become lethargic and not comfortable. Guys on the Olympia stage are 5-7% and that is just for a few days maximum... and if u've had a chance to talk to any of them u will know that they are never feeling good in that state.

Keep up the great work bro, your leg development is Tom Platz-like... what are your stats in the pics, weight, height?
 
I would say less than 10, if you will do a little water diet those cuts will be much more defined so what hides your cuts is not fat , its water. So its less than 10%
 
i would say 11 percent from no abs and bicep vein the lack of veins, usually everyone has a clear bicep vein that runs down the bicep, urs is hard to see even when flexed in the position.

bro, ur on crack if u think anybody gets anywhere near 3% bf... under 5% for more than a day or two and ur nearly dead. The 3% BS is a myth, not physical possible, organs will start shutting down rapidly at that level.

thnx.I love legs workout.Since it's my strong point i train them always even harder.I alaws belived in high volume.It works for me.im 240 lbs at 6' tall.Im gonna be 25yo after 2 months.Today new pics at 240lbs
