Bodyweights exercices worked For Me

I have done big work out for a time with squat five time at 150kg

Now since a long time I only do running homebiking and natural training like a lot of dips ( with real bar same gymnasts ) and exercices like all kind of push up and pull up with one hand, etc and i do boxing almost 3 times a week i like this exxercice which is same like military press but the head down and you push the floor, i do also a lot of neck exercices.

Bodyweight exercies like dips and chins can be brutal...

...when you're only 150 lbs, maybe. Try adding some weight if you want it to be at all productive.
 
The world record for pushups and pullups is into the THOUSANDS.

If all I cared about was endurance type performance I'd probably do some kind of martial art, and not give a shit about juice. But still, I'd rather be strong from weight training, have endurance, and be able to kick ass.

Why no weights??? :confused:

specifically what exercizes are you doing for your neck?
 
I see body weight exercises as a base of body building and strength training. The way I see it I think that anybody who can't do at least 50 pushups or 10 - 20 pullups has nothing to look for in the weightroom.

Who the hell gives a shit about how many pullups or pushups they can do?
I probably couldn't do 50 pushups straight, nor do I give a shit but I have everything to look forward in the weight room. I don't give a shit if I can only do 10 pushups, I look forward to the weights. I lift weights to get big and strong and look good. Weights give you results, not pushups.
 
I didn't talk about 1oo lbs guys that can do hundreds of pushups, I meant average size people. If you cant do 10 pushups than I feel sorry for ya. That's just ridiculous. No pullups either? I would be embarassed

I hope you're not talking about me. Put up some pics, I guarantee I'm a hell of a lot bigger and stronger than you. And just to let you know, pullups don't mean shit for strength. Like someone posted earlier, any 100lb kid can crank out 50 pushups.
 
im 215 and do pu but i'm fuct as far as pull ups go...but im with venom..i know i can pull my own wt and at 5'8 215 i'm not exactly a small guy...
