Bottle top filtering questions

I've made a few homebrew batches before but i've always used a syringe filter, well this time i'm looking at making 2 different batches each of 50g's (2 diff substances). Ive been reading about filter tops and was wondering if it would be a lot easier to use this method and my main question involving these is: Since i'm working with 2 substances (EQ/TestE) can I filter both batches with one big filter top (250/500ml)? Ie, filter one into receiving flask, take off receiving flask dump into sterile vial, repeat for other substance. As long as I do it immediately after, i'm not referring to making one batch and then another a week later. I'm assuming this is okay, am I correct? What have been your experiences with bottle top filtering also? TIA

like Doug said, you'll be fine, but i would suggest a glass media bottle to collect your sample. Those plastic receiver flasks suck... and will crack.
