You hit the nail on the head IllTemp. I never wanted to do anything but sit at home and do nothing. Now, on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), the sky is the limit. I have motivation to do anything/everything I want. I've gone scuba diving, camping, fishing, skiing and the list goes on. We plan things to do and having the anticipation that comes along with it is an awesome feeling. It really is like I am 20 again- just a lot smarter.
I also think it is a great thing to have your kids see you motivated. My life, my families lives- its all better!
