First off I hope I’m not already messing this up by posting this in the wrong forum.
Super excited to finally join up here – I’ve been lurking around these boards for years and finally became a member and decided that I want to start a cycle. I’ve been working with a nutritionist to bring my bf down before a cycle – not sure that was really necessary but it’s where I am at. Currently feeling super lean and I don’t like it- always like being on the bigger side of things
I’ve been doing my research for a while - at first I thought I wanted to do test and deca- that’s what all my gym friends are suggesting but from reading up on here I’m thinking that Test alone might be fine. If I do test alone I think I will run the following:
Week 1-12/ test E 400-500mg a week (200/250 Tues/Sat)
PCT 4 weeks of clomid+Nolva
Some stats: currently 29 years old, 6’2”, 205 lbs. Its taken years at the gym and eating to get bigger and in the past three years it kind of happened but I just can’t seem to get above 210 without starting to put on more fat. I tend to flux between 210-215 bulking then dieting down to 200 even as low as 190 trying to cut. I’d like to be at 220 with 10% bf
I plan on working with my nutritionist through my cycle- super clean diet, heavy calories with high proteins and carbs.
Its not that I don’t trust my friends at the gym… but I don’t really trust my friends at the gym. So I wanted to say hi and try to make some friends with guys who have successfully run a cycle. Advice is welcome. Not sure when I will start- probably a few weeks if I can find some gear. Thanks for reading my post and I look forward to sharing my progress.
