Break Time?

I am just coming off a second cycle, of 200mg tren EOD. Starting my post cycle therapy (pct) with nolva. I been pushing hard for sometime now, when is a right time to take a week off or to take alittle break?

I wouldn't stop hitting the gym right after a cycle, maybe a month afterwards for about a week or just lighten the weight a little.
