Breaking 200 and staying there

Will do. I am preferably going to hold off for the first few weeks of the ester to see how I react, Adex is the only real option I have for AI, but it gives me really bad gas and bloating.
 
Also got 4 bottles of forma handy because of the ban, I would assume that research was done on oral only cycles? Most who use forma don't run test bases, I like to take the advice that not all estrogen is bad, and to dose adex based on evidence of gyno and bf% increases, pretty lean right now, if I noticed any itchiness I will start adex asap.
 
Start cycle next week, right after new years wasn't the best time to start since I got all the partying out of my system for months, I should cut up real nice around the end of my kicker, then just clean bulk with some vitargo, maybe 1-2lbs per week, weeks 4-20. Taking adex .5mg with pins sun/wed. Diet/training starts again tomorrow, mon-fri, sat/sun cheat and rest days, also gonna just run sdrol 20mg since I can't split a capsule in half.

I've been doing your cut diet with vitargo before workout, mass gainer, half gainer/2 cups of fruit/0.5 cups greek yogurt post workout before dinner, just trying to keep it clean and low for the first few weeks, going to step it up next week. I'm doing a weight gain contest against my friend who is just bulking, no gear, put on about 5lbs lean so far. Last night in the gym was the first night I felt awesome in the gym.
 
Currently 175, up 6lbs, and I'm not gonna lie, I'm extremely content with how I look right now, my abs are back to their 150lb glory, except they aren't bloated, they look nice, real nice.

I did however watch this video about a school teacher who determined that calories, not fat/protein/carbs, are what determines weight lost and weight gained, as he ate Oreos, Doritos and other total junk foods and lost 20 pounds, following a strict calorie based diet. I know for a fact that is the most unhealthy way to look at it, as my friend is eating close to 8000 calories a day natty, with healthy food, I'm eager to see his transformation, as my calorie count is around 4000-5000/day starting next week.

Starting next week:
4600-5200 calories/day
Carbs are easy, basically 200g/day, protein is my hard gainer
Protein 302-343g/day, I often miss dinner because of how late I work out, or how sacked I am from work, but its pretty high up there for what I should be needing.

500cal breakfast (88g)
-cereal 4g

-nuts 6g
-isolate 60g

350cal Snacks (through out work day)
-elevate 16g
-granola bars assorted (4g)

1160 cal lunches
-1lb of grilled chicken per day (850cal) (110g)

-Bagel (350cal) (9g)
-Weight Gainer w/ 2 cups of assorted fruit, 1/2cup of greek yogurt (1000-2000cal*) (60g) *depending on the brand, haven't decided on sticking to Quick Mass or going back to Mutant Mass.

-Steak (400cal) (40g)
-Peppers (0cal) (1g)

600 cal from cooking oil

It is absolutely insane how good superdrol feels, I really have no idea why so many people have such negative side effects on it, back pumps suck, but other than that I feel great.

I'm really veiny though, looks like I'm about to explode in the gym, Animal Pump is the shit.

I don't go to a public gym, most likely working outside in -30C 50h/week, so my BF % is so teemingly low atm (haven't worked out all week, from being sick and going on party frenzy, other than outdoor labour), I just weighed myself @ 175lbs. So despite cutting a retarded amount of size off, I managed to put on >6lbs of muscle in one month, it could have been way more, but taking that I have another 4 months of growth, that is pretty damn decent, just as long as I can stay right cut until the end of the cycle.
 
My friends thought I must have lost 10lbs of fat because of the difference in my midsection over the course of 4 days, could having an orgy of sex on the esters kicking in have had any effect of the matter? I think I had sex for almost 5 days straight (at least 8h per day), must have been some good cardio, because I was just coming off my 3rd week on Sdrol, I looked like a demon everyday until it all came off.
 
Been a really long time in between posts, got really sick, swine flu, still kept my shots up, maintenance diet for over a month, back on it 100% and even quit smoking :D

I up to 185 lean, its going on smooth, all I have to do is eat eat eat, and I will get huge. Even got my wifey on a oral cycle (Kat and Hella).

If you think about it I'm already halfway there and no where need even half my cycle yet. I have yet to explode, but I assume its going to be prominent when I break 200 again, except with a way lower bf.

Surprisingly weaker though, my maxes all went down slightly for powerlifts, but my warmups, overloads, reps, and dropsets continuously climb, its to the point I need to pay for a private gym because I need to bent over row 100lbs and deadlift more than 225
