Bridging Between Cycles?

I really want to go pro as a bodybuilder and plan to start trainer with a former pro soon. I expect that i will have to start taking gear year round to become pro level. So my ? is how i would go about bridging my cycles(or if it is even good to do?) and if it is okay then what sort of substances should i be taken between cycles?

there is no true bridge for cycling except non suppressive compounds. HGH, peptides, igf-1 things like that.

if your on year round though you wont need a bridge, cause you will always be on.

give us pics before we help you with something that serious.................

what is technically considered year round tho. does that mean you are still doin post cycle therapy (pct) after each cycle? And im not sure how to put pics on here.

no post cycle therapy (pct) bro if your doing a blast cruise

we need stats-full history cycles training all that shit.

and pics...........................

K i can give everything but pics real quick. i actually have to get pics tomorrow for the pro ill be trainin wit so will get those up asap. Cycle history
1st(8 week cycle)-deca 300mg/week
(I was a newbie) sustanon325mg/week

Deca 500mg/week
Test E 500mg/week

Deca-(5-750mg/week)
Sustanon-(5-900mg/week)
Anadrol(50mg/day for 1st 5-6 weeks)

I am 21 years old, 5'8" and 190lbs right now
about 8-10%BF

weight was about 160 when i started but i been training since i was 15 or sixteen. i admit i had a few bad cycles but ive done so much more research and had a few friends who compete help me. but i really do wanna go pro and i know it will require high volumes of different gears and im all for it just dont know much about so-called "Bridging Cycles". Any advice on the year round cycling or anything else?

you dont need high doses really. everyone thinks all the pro's run 5grams a week of test but i dont think they do.

your really young and im just not sure i feel comfortable sending you down the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) road.

lets hear what some other guys have to say first.

you do realize if you run year round then you will probably need to inject test for the rest of your life just to feel normal right?

yes im aware of the risks. if i didnt plan on goin for the gold i wouldnt have ever touched the stuff.i just love everything about the sport(except the shaving lol). You have to think tho, many of the great BB's started when they were much younger than i. i didn't touch the stuff til this past year. im sorry i when i said high volumes i didnt mean high Mg's of stuff, i meant many different substances all at once. Cuz it is a science and i wanna master that science. i can understand that you dont wanna send me down that road because of my age and personal safety and i appreciate the thought. I feel that i was just born for the sport.

My buddy at work is a pro and he doesn't ever go over 500mg of test per week. Of course he runs tren and var but he still never runs extremely high doses. Just food for thought. Everyone is different.

All this talk of going pro kinda puts me at pause.
It sounds real nice, but dont you think you would want to compete in a federation show
like NPC. And then make a top 20 finish.
Then the next year make top 10 then top 5 a year later and then perhaps a pro card in say 6 years.

It is like me saying I want to be an astronaut...where is the launch pad.

How about you start at trying to beat the natural guys first of which there is a boat load of seasoned warriors ripped off the bone.
Then try to win a regional show.

Lets talk pro card in 6 more years cause I aint buyin the hype.

gotta agree with Pickle here dude.

you are so young, sound really young, and although it is good to have goals, you have no foundation for becoming a pro because already, at 21 years old no less, you think its all about the drugs.

Now, i know most BBers rely on drugs more than they should, but do you know the likelihood of you becoming a pro? I'd say its less than a 1% chance. No shot at you, just saying that is the odds.

Like pickle said, stop with all the shortcuts cause you have no idea (based on your weight and cycle history, and your age) what the hell you're doing. I mean you're 4 cycles in and 190lbs. That sucks. I started working out the same age as you at less weight and hit 190lbs naturally.

Just cause you like the sport (love. whatever) doesn't mean you're gonna be good at it. You need to learn about fundamentals and what it means to build a solid base to build off of. Unfortunatley you have neither of those things.

1. Learn the basics
2. Follow the basics and build a successful base.
3. Enter a local show (doesn't have to be tested) and do well. This may take a few times
4. Enter a local show and qualify. Make sure its not some gay ass show with 5 competitors cause if you qualify that way and go to a Nat'l stage you'll look like an idiot.
5. Enter a local show and win. Maybe do this a couple times.
6. Enter a national show. Now you're up against the best in the nation. Chances are you will not win or place.
7. Enter a national show and place. This may take a while.
8. Enter a national show and win your class. Depepnding on the show this may get you a pro card.

OK, now you have the basic steps. And step one is one of the hardest. Success on stage is not about drugs... its about hard work and understanding the basics.

Good luck.

Exactly right Brother.

Final thought..

The guy that walks into the gym looks at the dumbell rack from 10s - 110s and quietly says in his mind "I'm gonna kill every one of you motherfuckers and their aint nothin you can do to stop it."

Or the quiet guy in the back of the room
by the squat rack-got sweat drippin of his nose and chin, hairs all fuckedup, one glove has a rip, the other is missin a strap,
socks are hangin low, he's on his 5th set of squats, and he's starin in the mirror at himself eye to eye lookin like some one just raped his mother--- that is the guy that is going to get the pro card.

Not the one who comes on a full site of BB warriors and announces that he is going for the gold.

I am not saying that you cant. I am just sayin that you are off to a bad start.
If you are going to talk it, you should be it.

were you watching me do legs Monday?

Whaddaheck....look at that cute lil squibble sittin your arm.

That kids to cute to come from your gene pool.

Did you adopt?????????

post a pic of your physique then post your diet and training knowledge.
If it were just about doing a few good cycles there would be a lot more other guys going for a pro card.
The discipline and determination is what separates the guy at the gym talking shit and the guy that has a pro card
