I was told this is an appetite supressant, and also gives energy. I have a client who takes it and loves it. Every ingredient in it isnt supposed to be able to do close to what it really does. Something doesnt add up for the results it gives. Anybody heard of it or know anything of it???????

Proprietary Blend: 200mg, 1 capsule
Triticum aestivum, Damiana (leaf, stem)
Schizopeta (spice), Mentha pipenta citrata bz
Green Tea (leaf), Piper Nigum (fruit)
Vitis vinifera, C gelatin, Nymphaea lingulata.
