No, to Italy I don't pay any extra tax.
With normal shipping it takes 7/10 days to get the stuff.
They are superfast, it's just postal service that slows it down a little, but 10 days are ok to me.

As an example I buy 1 Muscle Milk protein 2,5 lbs can; 1 Nectar protein 2,1 lbs can; 1 Amimal Pack multivitamin can.
The total amount is around 70 USD and the shipment is around 28 USD. It's not bad.
Anyway even 166 USD for 20 lbs whey protein like your order is not bad IMO.
