It is widely believed that the Germans used performance enhancing substances during WWII.
I would like to open a debate: How would we build the perfect combat warrior /soldier...with the following things to keep in mind:
Strength, Endurance, Aggression, Recovery, Focus
Also, how would you train that warrior to prepare him for combat (in addition to normal military training)
I will lead off by stating my thoughts:
Chemicals:
High dose of Testosterone, probably long acting like Test Enanthate or Cyp
HGH for mental focus, rest, recovery and to maintain lean body mass
Some form of an ADD/ADHD med for extreme focus and alertness
Deca for joint maintenance
Training:
Circuit training with a fast tempo
Yoga for core strength and balance
What other ideas are out there.
