I've been wondering lately if it would be better to bulk up to get muscle and then lean out, or would it be better to lean out then bulk up. The later seems to me to be contradictory. Right now, im 6' 5" and 235-237 lbs. (i get a little fluctuation) im trying to get bigger but not too big. What do you guys think would be best?
