Bulking, Cardio question...

Whats best when bulking? Having a Cardio warm up session pre-workout every time, or a long, conditioning, Cardio day once a week?
 
If you're bulking your best bet is light cardio after your workouts 2-3 times a week for 10-15 minutes. Too much cardio when your bulking isn't a great idea
 
I like to do it after workout so i can go into the workout fresh. I like to do it mon wed fri, just a moderate incline walk on the treadmill about 30 mins.
 
I always jog a mile before my workout. Takes about 10 minutes flat. I just do it to warm up my body before I lift. I lift a lot better when I do.
 
i do what stang said.. moderate incline for about 15-20mins.. ive tried before and after and before seems to be my choice.. gets me flowing..
 
Looks like everyone pretty much has their own way of doing things. I usually do 10 minutes on the elliptical before working out, same on leg day but I also do 15 minutes on the bike after my routine. Does that sound ok or am I doing too much cardio? I do have some stomach fat I want to get rid of if that helps; but just like Greazy, I like it because it pumps me before working out...

What your doing sounds ok,, your not overdoing it... aslong as you don't do too much cardio, but some cardio is always good, I do 15 on Threadmill 3 times a week only right b4 my workout to warmup also..

i like to do 20 min on the eliptical in the am.
i wanna do 30 min at night to burn the calories off from eating so much
