Bulking Cycle

Hi Guys,

Any advice on a good bulking cycle please? I've done a few but I feel that i need a boost to bulk up a bit more. Any advice would be appreciated.

Agree with Cyto and T but assuming you got everything in order with training and diet, I like bulking with Test/Deca/Dbol.

I've done Test Enanthate, Test Cyp, Dec, Winstrol, Dbol, Trenbolone etc ..... i just feel that my muscles have come to a stay put and i want really to grow a bit more. I'm 40 y of age, 17% BF, 207lb and 170cm high.

I think we all hit these little roadblocks. I find that mixing up my training a little bit helps out. It sounds like you've done a few cycles but can you confirm that? If so, what worked for you in the past when bulking?
 
well you have used some good stuff in the past.
i would run Test E or sust250 along with Deca and dbol
and would include GHRP-6 so it will help you eat a shit load of food.

Lets see the diet. Plateaus can usually be overcome if your diet and training sucks... which is usually the case.

You may not need to cycle yet. Especially since you're holding a bit more BF than I'd like before you cycle.

I'm quite strict on my diet buddy, a lot of Veg, protein shakes, red meat (1x week) and turkey or chicken, lots of broccolli and i eat about 5 times a day, any other advice?

After a bad food poison last year i can't stand any fish though :(

The cycle you speak of is in my signature and it's currently what I'm running, not what I was recommending you do. I told you that if you were going to bulk, I would personally use Deca/Test/Dbol. Other valid points have been brought up though....such as your training and diet, which need to be in order before you start the bulk.

not sure if you were being sarcastic, but that doesn't tell me shit. Post up what you eat on a daily basis. Hell, what did you eat yesterday. Cause there should be no reason for you to be 17% BF if you eat as clean as you think.

With you being 17% BF and looking to bulk-up you are asking for trouble if you decide to do a cycle. You should get your BF% down to at least 12% before doing any type of cycle. The reason being is that the excess adipose tissue you have will promote a higher aromatization rate for estrogen. You will bloat and end up creating fat deposits on top of your muscle.
In other words you will look and feel like shit. I am confused that your stated diet would not have you at a better bf %. I suggest you get some blood work done to see where you stand before you start any cycle. If your blood tests come back normal you then should consider a cycle designed around fat burning. Clenbuterol, Cytomel, etc,..would be best bet.
