BULKING DIET! is this enough?

Looking for a little diet help. recently started a bulking diet for the summer would like to know if these numbers look good or two high
statS:
21 years old
bf15
225lbs
lifting for several years solid

anyways im gettttin about 4000 cals in daily at 400g/400g/150-200g macros protein/carbs/fat

Any help or advice would help alot.
 
Protein is way too high. Jay cutler eats about 400g a day when bulking. 300 would be good. And typically twice the carbs as protein is good but ur bf is already pretty high so u gotta be careful. Maybe try a slightly more lean bulk instead of just bulk.
 
Typically protein is higher when cutting and actually lower when bulking. I would do 1-1.5x bodyweight for protein. And 3x bodyweight for carbs. But like I said ur bf is kinda high so u probably store fat easily. So I would think slightly less carbs, especially before bed.

And try to make most ur carbs complex and most fats good fats.

ur macros u posted show u over 4500 calories...

a guy your size wouldn't need anything over 3700 calories to bulk...

300g protein
400g carbs
110g fats...

i did that off the top of my head it should be right in the 3700 range.. lol
 
i mean 21 is pretty young.. 225 thats nice to hear gj .. try tuna as a protein.. a can of tuna has like 40 grams of protein..
