Looking for a little diet help. recently started a bulking diet for the summer would like to know if these numbers look good or two high

lifting for several years solid
anyways im gettttin about 4000 cals in daily at 400g/400g/150-200g macros protein/carbs/fat
Any help or advice would help alot.
