well first off youre 18% that is fat, how do u model at 18%? no offense. you lose the face because you are bulking. i hate it too, im just as anal as you about my face. gear makes me bloat or i think it was the tren last time cuz i took adex and test. i know test does it too but if im on a good anti-a and anti-e i dont bloat. like proviron and arimidex together. when im clean and eat a clean low sodium diet, i do not bloat. do cardio and drink lots of water, cut out tuna and salt. do not eat fat or carbs with your protein before bed for at least 3 hours especially cut the carbs like 4 hours maybe even 5.
but you need to get leaner, at least to like 14-15%. i know that for me its tough to get leaner than 14% because im not so muscular. increasing muscle mass helps burn fat. having muscle requires more energy. (i just dont see why that would necessarily burn fat but ok) i guess when you go to diet, its easier. im 14-15% and im gonna add 20 pounds of muscle and then go back to dieting to hit 10%. but you are definately not going to look chiseled at 18% no matter what. you need to get to 10-11% to look good.
