Bulking diet without moonface

I was wandering if anybody had a any special technique for adding mass to your body but somehow bypassing your face. Sometimes i think workingout kills my appearance. I have rather defined features and when I start to lift and diet heavy my face becomes round killing my appearance. I realize that you must bulk before cutting but I hate to lose my FACE. Any suggestions ??
 
Is it the diet and lifting or do you take gear? Estrogen makes me hold a ton of water and gives me the classic "moonface" while bulking but I guess my features aren't as "defined" as yours to begin with... No I just don't give a shit.

This is of concern in the modeling industry bro.
 
ive never heard of that hppening with a diet unless your getting 5000+ calories a day.

are you on creatine?
 
no, the main thing is i really dont have much of an appetite when not lifting. I took off lifting from august till jan., chiseled skinny face along with gangly body total of 10lbs. lost. Its like I sacrifice my face for a a better phisique. I try to eat like its my job when Im lifting.
 
im afraid to do the m1t that i got sitting on my fucking desak because i dont want acne.

i had so much acne about a half a year ago, went to accutane and have not one fucking pimple. i love it, but m1t might make this shit come back so i know what you mean.

Oh for modeling. Snort 1 gram of coke per day and quit weight training all together. I'm just teasin' , try an anti estro anyway. Or maybe just a mild diuretic before a "shoot" . Is that still a modeling term? I'm SO out of the loop.

You could have high estrogen levels by nature and if you then eat lots of carbs,you can "blow" up a bit.Maybe cut the carbs a bit and eat only complex carbs.

Hey i appreciate that reply that would make alot of sense because i pack on lots of carbs/lean protein which inturn would cause a great deal of water retintion. Would you happen to know a moderate range of carbs to consume in order to build muscle without a loss of energy.

preworkout meal consists of 2 whole grain pieces rie toast, 2 tbls. grape jam, 1 cup cottage cheese, should i cut those carbs ?
 
Keep an eye on your sodium level,the more you eat ,the more sodium you are taking in.Drink lots of water and keep your sodium in check,that should help.
 
Any idea of calorie/protein/carb/ intake ?

I really would like to get this bodyfat down, however i really want to get strong and from what i have researched it is virtually impossible to bulk/cut. Should I continue to bulk and then drastically cut ? Too much more bulk and I might turn to jerry from Subway, Fuck that GUY!
 
well first off youre 18% that is fat, how do u model at 18%? no offense. you lose the face because you are bulking. i hate it too, im just as anal as you about my face. gear makes me bloat or i think it was the tren last time cuz i took adex and test. i know test does it too but if im on a good anti-a and anti-e i dont bloat. like proviron and arimidex together. when im clean and eat a clean low sodium diet, i do not bloat. do cardio and drink lots of water, cut out tuna and salt. do not eat fat or carbs with your protein before bed for at least 3 hours especially cut the carbs like 4 hours maybe even 5.

but you need to get leaner, at least to like 14-15%. i know that for me its tough to get leaner than 14% because im not so muscular. increasing muscle mass helps burn fat. having muscle requires more energy. (i just dont see why that would necessarily burn fat but ok) i guess when you go to diet, its easier. im 14-15% and im gonna add 20 pounds of muscle and then go back to dieting to hit 10%. but you are definately not going to look chiseled at 18% no matter what. you need to get to 10-11% to look good.
 
hey i appreciate that advice starkraven. On the modeling issue i havent actually done any with my shirt off in a while, lol. Since highscool 2 yrs. ago. I figure my fat % is up so high because i drink so much beer being a college student. lol. At that my diet is hard to keep up with always being on the go. I really dont eat dirty but its not uncommon to have a post workout beer and protein shake before bed. But yall vets dont worry im not on gear and dont plan to hit the gear untill i get super serious about the gym and less concerned with boozin'. I appreciate all the posts on this topic.
