Bulking is friggin painful. Feel like utter SHIT!

You might be eating too much protein. It's the most satiating macro nutrient. Don't eat more than you have to, it will fill you up for longer.

Yep, when i read 5k cals...lol

That's almost three times the daily intake of the average person. Calorie dense foods can make it much easier. Peanut butter is excellent for bulking.

It is hard for me to eat 3500 cal of CLEAN foods. By then end of each meal I am forcing myself to chew. However, I am ready to eat again a few hours later. I don't get why it would negatively affect your mood though. Now deduct all carbs and we have instant a-hole.

That is exactly what you will get--crickets. Eating 5k cal of quality whole food is a full time job. I have never been able to do it without shakes that are loaded with flax or PB. When I tried 100% whole food diets, I developed food hatred. I hated the effort. I hated eating. My family hated me. Shakes were my salvation.

Admittedly, powerlifting gives me an edge being as how bf % doesn't hurt your odds of success.
 
I'm just finishing a bulk , 12 weeks was enough this cycle ,Test-c/deca and 3500-3700 cal/day .I'm sick of eating and sick of feeling sick .Gained 27lbs. I was much healthier and felt better cutting and staying lean . I also miss alot of the aerobics too that I stopped when I started the bulk . Right after turkey day its back to cutting and I cant wait.....~Bo

Im on a cut right now from up at 265 to 210(currently) and just a couple hours ago i had a long conversation with my gf about how hard im finding it to force 2600 clean calories into my mouth everyday, hahahaha. Im not sure how the hell im going to bulk. 5000 is ridiculous if its clean. Now... if we are talking burgers fries and pizza, that's another story.

Exactly, ive been thinking when i finally turn the corner and start to bulk up again im going to just keep the same amount of whole foods as maintenance and using shakes as my surplus source. I already hate food enough and im not even the one who cooks it!
 
All food is clean, I don't think yhou guys realize its FUCKING HARD. YeS, just like today I gave up, I cbf. Im getting really unmotivated. Im going to give it another crack the day after tomorrow, taking today and tomorrow off fucking all the effort. just gonna spend time with friends and family



OH and I feel 100% better today :D
