Im currently on my first cycle and have completed 6 weeks of the 12. Ive gained 10 pounds so far and strength is just starting to really go up. My plan is to do a long bulk until I reach around 235-240. Im currently 5-11 and 205. My main question is protein/calorie needs for my current weight for me to continue to progress in weight. Im getting around 4000 calories and 300g protein daily right now. Also im getting pretty bloated lately and im thinking the 200g in protein skakes might be the cause. Im taking 3 75g shakes in between 3 meals, is 75 too much for one sitting or should I spread them out more?
