If you were to bulk up 1lb a week on the following:
-Keto
-CKD
-Carb Cycle
-40/40/20(p/c/f)basic
-60/20/20(p/c/f)high P
-40/50/10(p/c/f)high C

Which do you think would provide the most lbm out of the 1lb gain?
You figure if certain types of diets allow your body burn more fat, a certain type of diet would allow your body to create lbm more effectively.

If u r on cycle I would suggest 40 50 10
But off , I like to go with 40 40 20
But it all depends on how u prefer it
Just stick with basics 1g p per lbm - 2 g carbs per lb and 0.4 g fat per lb

Most important thing is the calorie surplus

your asking a difficult question.. some people respond betteer to carb cycle then others.. or keto..

i would say go with carb cycle.. but to say that would be the most effective for your personal case is too much without some sort of experimentation

I figured it would depend on the individual..
I mean I have a 235lb 8%, 6'2 friend(natural) who just eat around 2500 calories a day(which is mostly protein) who doesn't even know these terms..
So I guess I'll just have to try them all out and see what works for me.
