Hey everybody, I'm a 22 year old male, 5'5 and 185 lbs. I wouldnt say im fat or overweight but i do have a higher bodyfat % that im trying to reduce. I've been regularly working out for the last year and a half (lifting for 1.5 years and high intensity cardio 3 times a week for the last 3 months). I want to get toned and eventually get down to 10% body fat. Im also in mma training trying to fight at 155 lbs. What diet, gear and cycle can you suggest?

Mate what av learnt is diet is the main part, try carb cycling thathat is working for me three days low one day moderate carbs good luck mate.

Exercise is the best option and also go for cardio will help you in loosing your body fat. Proper less calorie diet and regular exercise will maintain your health.

bro just stick with a diet because if you do a quick fix the fat will just come back. You have to change the way you eat there is no magic pill / shot. The best thing to do is make a lifestyle change and choose the right foods to eat. Carb Cycling is a good way to start and if you want to go that route I would sign up for 3J's Nutrition Plan (Carb Cycling). Look under the Diet Forum on here and you will see his name all over it bro just contact him.

Think carefully before trying any tips or ways, shall I say investigate, better yet to be safe, consult a health expert. What I did to burn fats is exercise and avoid of course fatty foods. I guess it is one of the safest way.

250mg of DNP a day for 2 weeks and that fat will go bye bye.

I wouldn't suggest DNP to anyone, especially to someone that hasn't had success at losing fat with diet/training..
There aren't any quick fixes when it comes to losing fat... u need a solid diet/training foundation.

How's your diet ? losing fat is mostly diet bro.. high intensity cardio works great too, try increasing it to more than 3 days a week, u don't have to do a super long cardio session a 20 min HITT session works great & u get great after burning effects... U need to experiment & find a regimen that works well for u & stick to it.. getting down to 10 % or what ever your goal might be takes consistency.

Diet..diet...diet. 3j client, its working great. Carb cycling and he did all the math. Going on 3 weeks with him and still oincereasing strength and very noticeably losing fat...I can start seeing my six pack and am EXSTATIC! Get w 3j, get dedicated, get lean naturally first. Readmore postings, natural is the best, longest term solution...its not that tough either.
Good luck!
