burning fat at the gym

whats the best thing to use to burn fat at the gym. My gym has a wirde range of equipment ...stair stepper, treadmills, bicycle, etc. thanks. And please...nothing about a diet. I already have one down. Thanks
 
its not going to make a huge difference, if youre creating a big enough calorie sink, anything will be sufficient.

I know some of the gurus like to use stairmasters. I use stairmasters, treadmill on an incline and about speed 4, and elliptical. I only use the bike for intervals. My gym used to have a row machine that I would use, that thing was sick.
 
step mill is best, you will get a great cardio workout and sweat buckets. but as long as your doing something its still good, you gotto get variety as well.
 
Has Anyone Tried To See How Many Calories One Burn While Training..i Think You Burn More Working Out For 2 Hours Then Walking Or Running On A Tread Mill...of Course It Depends How You Train, But If You Train Hard Enough, Shouldnt You Burn More Calories???

I prefer the elipticals or bikes. no impact on the knees. for me, the most fat loss has come from morning cardio on an empty stomach. 4 days per week... 2 days steady state for about 40 min. and 2 days interval style.
