Most of my gym equipment has been purchased off craigslist heh, have cloose to 1k lbs of olympic plates I've picked up over the years for about 300 maybe, but I've never seen gear listed on there. If it where me I would stay off buying gear on there personally. I've seen on local news that cops setting up ad's in personals (back when that section was still up) and were busting guys on there for prostitution.

Same here - Craigslist help build my gym in the backyard , I also buy and sell regularly on CL and e-Bay , and I have never been burnt.....you just gotta be careful. Infact I don't know where I would have been these last few "lean years" without CL and e-Bay . ~Bo

So I was just curious and was browsing craigslist for some other items and just for the hell of it decided to search for steroids...

Lo and behold, there are listings for people selling pharma grade brands as well as UGL type vials! haha! Has anybody actually had luck with something like this? I wouldn't think that these listings actually get any legitimate replies lol... but then again some people are desperate.

actually no, i wouldn't buy gear from some random ugl. I only buy from trusted sources and i wasn't talking about police being involved. I was referring to the quality of the product.

It's crazy people would consider buying off craigslist. Not worth the many risks involved, but then again people send money to websites all the time and get ripped off so doesn't surprise me much.
