Off cycle or on cycle, you want to start as soon as gyno is confirmed. It's possible for gyno to be reversed in 4 weeks, but not likely. 4 week mark is a good indicator that it's working. Depending on the severity, it could take several months. Patience is needed with this treatment.

Mean (SD) age of treated subjects was 14.6 (1.5) years with gynecomastia duration of 28.3 (16.4) months. Mean reduction in breast nodule diameter was 2.1 cm (95% CI 1.7, 2.7, P <.0001) after treatment with tamoxifen and 2.5 cm (95% CI 1.7, 3.3, P <.0001) with raloxifene. Some improvement was seen in 86% of patients receiving tamoxifen and in 91% receiving raloxifene, but a greater proportion had a significant decrease (>50%) with raloxifene (86%) than tamoxifen (41%). No side effects were seen in any patients.

I'm going with the Raloxifene / light letro mix....
Would you say that 2-3months of treatment with ralo would yield results, if nothing happens by then, then call it quits?

That's great to hear! I think I'm going to give Raloxifene a go and a low dose of letro as well...

Informative!! Thanks a lot. Btw i have the same exact problem mention o this thread, a small pea sized hard lump behind the right nipple and soft puffiness on both nipples at times when i am relaxed or when its warm, but when its cold its back to normal looking. Anyway the lump is still there.

I was on a Dianabol only cycle and it was my first cycle ever. Dbol 30mg EDfor a week and then up to 40mg ED for 7 weeks and then PCT with Clomid 50mg ED 10 days and followed by 10 day PCTing with Nolvadex 20mg ED.

The problem is that my nipples were kinda tense and sore at the end of the dbol cycle and i didnt know that this has anything to do with gyno so i ignored it and thought that it will be gone with PCT. And during the PCT the pain reduced and gone but they became puffy and soft and a hard very small mass has set behind my right nipple until today (today its 52 days after the last diababol dose taken)
After the PCT i gave it a break for 20 days and i noticed that its not getting any better....so i started Nolvadex 20mg ×2 ED.

I have been running nolvadex for 12 days now at 40mg ED and today i am lowering it to 20mg....


Q1: was my PCT right in the first place?

Q2: what do you recommend me to do?

Q3: do i have to use letro in small doses?
