Caffeine can kill belly fats

Hey ;)

I've lost half of my belly fats in a week, although I ate stuff like pizza (margharita with nachos&cheese and corn) in the mornings (10am)..
The reason for this was that I was basically going >6Km (3.72miles) a day, drank lots of coffee (americano) and caffeinated drinks (club mate) and tea (mate). Another important factor was that I didn't ate anything after 9pm.

I couldn't believe it, because I was going to the gym 5times a week trained hard and still had lots of belly fats.
Why in the hell would walking and caffeine change it? So loosing belly fats was easier when it burnt due to higher systemic energy consumption.
Can't explain it otherwise..

Waiting for the next post about wanting to do a var-only cycle and having your diet in check

Are u serious ??
Caffeine will not "magically" burn your body fat... sure it does stimulate your nervous system and increases adrenaline release, but don't expect to "burn" fat by drinking a big ole cup of Joe... Not sure what caused your fat loss, especially with the diet your describing.. you probably lost water not fat..... there's no such quick fat loss caused by caffeine, the only way to lose body fat is with diet & training.

Probably lost a lot of bloating too in addition to the water...I bet the before and after bf%'s , if utilized, wouldn't have changed.

Im rolling with ms. P. it might help boost your productivity which in turn helps to burn more fat.

from a medical perspective, with any dramatic sudden loss in weight , there can be a serious underlying medical condition that caused it. have you had any major changes in your life style? like starting to work graveyard hours or going thru a tough time ? if not, then you should go visit the doc and get a physical w/blood work, because like everyone else already said, popping a few caffeine pills aint gonna do that. unless you were so wired you've hopped on the thread mill for hours on end

I don't think that it was water, because the belly fats have almost gone away by ~70% which is dramatically much. Otherwise I and my friends wouldn't notice it.
If I lost water I'd weigh a lot less, but I had the exact same weight as before (honestly), whilst I looked a lot leaner.
The only change was: I stopped drinking ISO Whey when I was there and stopped taking Creatine for that week (Frey X6/No Water Retention). I started with ISO Whey and Creatine upon arrival and still loose belly fats (due to extra cardio), but burning fat slowed down a lot.

So NO Caffeine without SUPPS means more energy loss than supps + heavy training??
