HRT for life
I have been on hrt/trt since 01/11. I am 46 years old, 5’10’’, 198 lbs, at 17% bf. I work out 5 days per week with a trainer. I will say that I have lost over 20 pounds of body fat and gained at least 10 pounds of muscle over the last year and half (but as you guys know get a little result and then we wonder what is possible).
My regimen today consists of 1 ml (210 mg/ml) of test e weekly, 5iu of hgh daily broken into 2 - 2.5iu shots morning and before bed (started with 2iu and slowly increased over 18 months to 5iu), 250 of hcg 2x per week, and .5mg of anastrolzole 2x per week all prescribed.
I would like to hear from other HGH vets if they also feel fatigued much of the time. I could honestly take a nap everyday around 4 pm, but am too busy with work and life.
My diet is good (not perfect) as I worked with 3J although I do drink alcohol 1 to 2 times per week.
Any energy boosters would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried coffee, ECA, 5 Hr Energy, cold showers in the middle of the day all with limited success (cold showers being the best so far actually).
Now for my upcoming cycle:
Week 1 – 20 800mg PL Primo - 100mg/ml (Pharma Name: Methenolone Enanthate)
Week 1 – 20 300mg Test E
Week 1 – 20 6iu HGH
I will keep my anti-e and hcg the same.
After week 20 I revert back to my normal hrt/trt cruise levels.
My goal is to reduce body fat and gain 8 to 10 pounds of lean mass.
I also have been thinking about how to deal with the increased volume of injections that will be required with my primo cycle. My plan is to inject 3ml (2.5ml of primo .5 test e) every other day rotating from right glute, to left high, left glute, to left thigh. I would consider adding delts into the rotation as well but I have never injected more the 1ml there.
Please let me know what you guys think of my cycle and if my fatigue is HGH related.
