Find the link to the image of your choice on the web. Then paste it where it said "value" between the IMG code.

If you have a pic of yours that you want to share, post it up on imgur or tinypic. Then take the web link from there and paste it in for "value".

If your forum does not offer a button that automatically inserts coding tags, type

before you get your image link, and then paste the link between the two sets of brackets.
