Can anyone suggest any proven ways for weight loss?????

wouldnt she wana eat more then three times a day to keep her metabolism going, wouldnt it be better to split that amount up over like 5 or 6 smaller meals rather then three? she would wana eat every 2-3 hours correct? just checking to see if my thinking is correct or not, cutting is not my strong point by far but i thought that was the idea, to eat more small meals. thanks!

not really. eating more often hasn't really been proven to help metabolism its more of statement that comes from companies trying to sell supps and 3 of those meals should be their shake.

now i dont think its bad to eat 5 smaller meals I just dont see the benefit.

im not going to recommend that to someone who isnt already experienced with keeping a strict diet. we are already conditioned to have our 3 daily meals, its what we are used to. its going to be easier for rozer (if in fact she is a real person) to stick with 3 meals a day. having an optimum diet is only useful if the person can stick to it.
