Can someone explain to process of pct to me?

I am so confused reading the sticky.


So, its recommended for someone doing 600ml/mg cycle to take both nolva and chlomid. How and when are you supposed to take post cycle therapy (pct)? Do you take it during the whole cycle? or do you take it after the cycle is over? Also, is there ANYTHING else i need other than these 3? Thanks

All the info can be overwhelming at first, but keep reading it to make sense of it. A lot of people do their PCT differently. PCT stands for Post Cycle Therapy meaning to be done after the cycle. Nolva and Clomid should suffice for your first cycle. Look into Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle though. The general time to start PCT after the last pin for a first cycle (Test E) is 14 days, but everyone is different and it all depends on when the ester clears. Read the PCT sticky again and you'll figure it out. Good luck bro.

you take a pct after every cycle....no matter what!

You don't have to take both Clomid and nolva but it is recomended. Clomid...in my opinion, is the more immportant of the two.

If you wanna keep the most out of your results while on and avoid certain unplesant side effects start the day after the last pin and use the right amount. Darkside was correct that clomid is the most important of the two, but I always took both after a cycle, always be safer then sorry down the road. Hope this all helps!

Sorry to miss quote xato.... that being said, I have run gear many times before, and advice I always got which I have always followed was to start the day after the last pin.... So please refrain on calling advice bs if you might not agree then instead simply give your opinion... this is a site of learning and sharing, not putting people down.... thanks

What's your current cycle? There's a couple different ways to pct.
