Can someone help me with my situation

Well I havent had any stress in the past 3 months and been doing pretty much everything better than previous years. I'm pretty sure its not my eating or stress levels. What else could it be.
My training is not overtraining me because I'm getting stronger.

Any ideas I'm very lost

I was doing some reading apparantly too much iron can reduce testosterone. I'll try laying off red neat for a while.
Also ill add I've stopped eating tuna mainly because I'm scared of mercury poisoning. I was eating like 2 cans daily on average for the past year. Nay e ny mercury is high?

I don't even know

Read meat also has fat and zinc, which are pro-testosterone. Keep eating red meat. That wouldn't do it. If you wanna get bloodwork again you can. Did you have any traumatic head injuries? Did you get the testosterone measured at different times of the day? Like the first reading(21) at 8 am, then the last one (8) later in the day? Tell me as much as you can about anything you think could have affected your testosterone. Any drug use of any kind?

No traumatic experiences no injuries. I don't do drugs. I hardly touch alcohol. All 3 tests were done in the morning fasted. I thinking of seeing an endo and get his opinion. But I think. It's hard to get on trt in aus if in just in the bottom range. Now that I think about it I do have almost all low t symptoms.

I honestly can't think of anything that caused the drop.

Those levels definitely warrant trt if you can't bring them back up naturally.

The doc said it was fine because it was within the range even though it was at the bottom. I have contacted an endocrinologist and going to hopefully get their opinion.

Do you take many supplements bro? or "test boosters" anything like that? Sometimes prohormones are disguised as test boosters and that could take a hit at your test levels..

This doc over the phone said they cab prescribe me.the cream and it
They want like a deposit. Seems kind of sketch to me.

What do you think? Is cream any good?

a doctor said he'd prescribe you topical TRT treatment over the phone with no bloodwork?? run fast bro... lol. Dodgy as fuck.

Creams are shit anyway. If your gonna go the TRT route injections are far superior. Topical creams don't absorb nearly as well, then you also run the risk of transferring it to other people (think women, children and pets.)

Go see a real doctor/endocrinologist man.

I found an endo around where I live with good reviews. Im going to try and see him and see what happens.
So if im still in the low range and not getting trt after seeing this guy what would be the next step?

Take it one step at a time. Focus on becoming as informed as possible about TRT. I would also keep looking into whatever caused such a drastic drop.
