Can steroids "Secretly" be hurting you?

If blood tests come back fine, can there be any additional damage being done to the body? As in, if BP and Labs are in check and you are doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) could you technically run infinitely long cycles only switching compounds all year long? I'm 25 and suffer from low test, I was prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) regardless and have an opportunity for fitness modeling. I do Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250IU 2x per week and maintain testicular size. I plan to stay "ON" until my early 30's when I decide to have kids and then run PCT with Clomed, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and HMG (at least just to get sperm count up).

I ran a blast of tren for 4 months at 50mg/day with 150mg Test E/week. Saw awesome gains, and more than anything, felt AMAZING.

Immediately after stopping the tren I bumped my test dose up to 250mg to cruise and got labs done. Labs showed everything to be perfect except my HDL had dropped down to 30. I upped my cardio, added in higher doses of fish oil, and increased my fiber intake. One moth later I retested and my HDL popped right back up to 63.

Based on this I am very interested to do a blast a cruise looking like:

8 Week BLAST (Clean Bulk):
Tren A: 50mg/Day
Test E: 150mg/Week

4 Week Cruise (Cut):
Test E: 250mg/week

And repete this infinitely..

If my labs are coming out okay is this fine to be doing? (25 Aromasin ED, 250IU Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) E3D, .25 Cabergoline E4D)

you can read all the studies you want about all the potential side effect, but it shouldn't be difficult to counteract all the sides those dosages. if i can maintain my health with over 2grams of gear a week, then i think he will be fine if he's smart about it. also be sure to watch ur RBC count as well.

Considering your cruise is the same as mine (which is prescribed), I'd say you're fine as long as you keep an eye on your vitals and get regular bloodwork. It's honestly MORE dangerous to have low testosterone than to have slightly supraphysiological levels in the long term anyway. You've obviously done your homework and it shows. :)
