Is it possible to transform your body in 3 months? I'm about 5'3 and weigh 140 lbs....ideally I know I should be more like 120....if I eat clean do my cardio and do the circut is this possible??? I'm not really sure where to start....I would appreciate any advice!
first and hardest thing to do is let go of bad food.
do cardio every other day and weight train in between.
get all the sugar out of your house, learn to love oatmeal.
It took me 2 months to lose 15lbs and I have kept it of since by living this way. good luck.
