Canadian Gear/Gear Laws/companies?

okay so does anyone know the gear laws in canada? Specifically in B.C?? I looked for it but they were all mixed. so far i know its legal for possesion but illigel for trafficing.
So does anyone know what would happen if i ordered some from unclez and they seize it?? or does anyone else know of any other resourse/company within canada?? all help is greatly appriciated!
