Canadian legal issues regarding steroid use

My buddy and neighbour is a provincial prosecutor just outside the GTA ( greater Toronto Area, very large population base ), in all the years he's been a PP he's never had a case nor any of his immediate contemporaries had a case. From what he's told me, Steroids are low on the totem pole of controlled substances unless the person IS distributing to minors. Then all hell breaks loose.. Hell, he's aware and seen my stash of 16 + vials.. I think what you need to take away from this is the difference between the 'letter' and 'spirit' of the law. Like speeding, you can get away with 120, even 130 when the flow of traffic is there, but your still breaking the law.. but hit 150 and your ass is fried but good. Same with AAS, keep it low key, personal and don't be a knuckle fucker about it and you should not have an issue.. ( there ARE no guarantees however...pays your money and takes your chances son..).

I feel your pain brother lol The laws here are fu*cked up, unless you know a good source that is not going to make profit on you by giving you fakes, you have no choice either to order and risk it or use fake shit and fuck up your receptors

I work in law enforcement and have never seen anyone charged with even intent to distribute unless they were selling recreation drugs and they got caught with steroids as well
as any cop about getting charged with steroids and they will tell you they wouldn't even know what to charge you with

If its sitting in your house you have no worries unless its a god awful amount. LE will not bust down your door for personal use as it is legal in Canada. The thing with personal use is that their is no set amount that determines what qualifies. Due to this fact a lawyer could argue that you take 250mgs each of 4 different compounds every day and who is to argue that it isn't true, with any medication you are legally allowed up to 3 months on hand which at those doses would mean quite a few vials. Hence why alot of the cases are dismissed, its a huge grey area when it comes to the law and steroids. If your caught in the act of buying them or importing them or selling them then that's a whole other ball game.

I forget the link (I never saved it , yeah dumb move) but Halfwit and another person, know where it is...It is an RCMP (Canadas version of the FBI I guess) website that states Possession of anabolic steroids for personal use is allowed/legal. The page has been posted on here within the last month or so somewhere in this forum.

Bud this thread is two years old. Some of these guys have possibly gone to steroid heaven or hell by now. You won't get locked up for having a few vials in Canada. You won't get caught as long as you are pinning at home like a normal human being. You don't need to worry so much pal. Do some more reading and learn to cycle properly. Put together a well planned cycle and post it so that we can help you modify anything that is wrong.
