Hey, just wanted to make my first post here.

I've done lots of sports when I was in my mid-late 20s, jiu-jitsu (traditional), karate, kung-fu, judo, kayak, swimming, mountain biking... And I used to hit the gym every day.

But for the last few years I've been just doing a basic healthy diet of fresh fruits and veggies with small amounts of meats and fats, and low/moderate exercise.

I'd like to ramp things up a bit again, started going back to the gym 3 times a week, jogging and looking to join some form of outdoor club.
