Cant drop more fat% TR/MAS/CLE/ADEX

Hello guys ,
Im at week 8 of my 12week cycle atm and my stats at the start of my cycle was 1.90Height 244.5LBS ~16%FAT

The problem is that at the end of my cycle i need to be around 7% FAT , i have exactly 30 days left and my progress on fat loss seems halted/stopped considering the diet i am into , the cardio and the high intensity training im following.
Diet is , bread sandwich 1 slice of cheese ,cuccumber 3 slices of turkey /1 banana /200gr of chicken with salad /banana /120gr chicken with salad / salad so it is roughly 6 meals .
Cardio is 6 20-25 minute sessions every week , fast paced walking at 6.5 km 1-2 incline .
Training is either supersets or gigasets .
I am drinking 750ml of a special greek tea called louisa with diuretic and vasodilating properties throughout the day.
-SOLUTIONS
-I thought of adding anavar for the last 30days of my cycle and maybe use it into my pct aswell to shed more fat and promote vascularity.
-I read up of a cardio pattern of HIIT sessions ,example is 30sec at 60% of effort then 30sec 100% then repeat for 20-25 mins, they say it is 6 times more effective than a 40minute walking session regarding fat loss.

Any help will be appreciated. :)
 
I'm sorry, but unless you're willing to sacrifice a lot of lean mass, 4% body fat in 30 days just isn't going to happen as we're talking single digits. Anavar is a great drug in my opinion, but the fat loss properties are greatly exaggerated.

I suspect that the weak link here is your diet. I'd hit up 3J's diet advice thread in the diet forum and see what he thinks. I'd give advice on what to change, but nothing I can recommend will work that quickly outside drastic measures.
 
drop ALL carbs, increase fats. carbs stop fatburning by default so if you want to get lean as fuck = keto diet

steroids aint got shit to do with cutting, GH does but you dont have time for it

New diet:
M1: 4 eggs omelet /cuccumber salad /bcaa
m2:banana
m3: chicken salad
m4: chicken salad
m5:salad /bcaa
sleep

I am willing to starve , and sacrifice some lean mass if this is going to get me 4% lower in 30 days.
I am doing 30minute cardio every day , sometimes i do cardio when i wake up as well before 1st meal.
I am dropping all injectables and going for anavar 50mg/120mg clen ED.(already 9 weeks in tren ,7 with masteron)
Thoughts?
