Cant gain any damn weight.

I'm the same way. Very hard gainer.
All my cycle did was make me depressed and want to run another.
I got to 210 from 190-195ish and I cry when I step on the scale now. Cuz I got sick and lost 10 pounds over a long weekend.
I was 192 over the summer and in 3 days I did a roof and literally lost 10 lbs.
I lose weight playing video games.

So I feel your pain. Ill be watching to see if u lock it down and gain.

both of your scenarios sound like you are just dehydrated.
you do not loss 10 pounds of muscle in a weekend.... unless you have the flesh eat virus or aids or something

I drank at least 2 gallons of water those days.
I'm sure I lost some muscle but my body fat dropped drastically because I had a killer six pack by the end of it.

Maybe we have aids?
 
eat, p shake, eat, p shake, eat, p shake, go to sleep wake up every 4 hours and have a shake (repeat) try some weight gainer to throw it in there

You just gotta take in more calories to gain the proper weight.

So what I'm getting out of this thread is...If you are a hard gainer you probably have a tapeworm with AIDS and in order to solve that dilemma, you just gotta take in more calories? :D

srs...The last time I did a bulk, I ate whatever was around as long as it was relatively healthy... Didn't really work very well for me. The bulk I'm doing now is going MUCH MUCH better because I got my macros in check and it has been an extremely clean bulk. Everything I eat is weighed out and logged so I know EXACTLY how many calories/macros I take in and I can look at the numbers periodically and adjust things if the results aren't exactly what I'm looking for.
