I was at 200mg for the first 3 day then upped it too 400 for the next 7, mirror wise the results have been great my obliques are oming in and my seratus is nicely visable as well as my 4 upper abs I still got a bit more to lose so im running clen right now but may take another run at DNP for a few more days in a couple weeks.teewoods said:wow! i'm counting the days.... did you go straight from 400mg? someone was posting that being on anything less than 12% bf does not merit dnp... thought he was nuts. Thanks for the advice on the Vit bro. As for the 2 weeks I think it might be a little too soon maybe 4 then and I have a high tolerance for DNP and dont feel a fuckin thing till I up it to 400mg atleast so I already know how I react to it so I feel no need to have to start low to develop a tolerance.teewoods said:In 2 weeks? isn't that too soon?
