When you have a carb craving when dieting what is it that you have near you (home or work) that you nibble off of. When Im at work its these damn doughnuts, Im constantly cutting peices off of them, im on DNP right now so a doughnut wouldnt kill my diet anyways.
 
2nd cycle of dnp? do post a journal has you did the last time.... i'm a sadist who enjoys reading about peoples pain :D

HAHAHHA Not so bad this time only going to 400mg and aint NEVER upping it to 600mg ED ever again , now thats pain when you are in the shower and just wanna lie down on the floor cuz it makes you sick to stand now that sucks. I get the occasional sweats like here at work I feel like mr freeze where if I leave my office and the 2 fans I begin to melt and sweat almost instantly. HAHHAHA
 
SO far ive dropped from 203 down to 192 in 10 days and the water weight has yet to leave since yesterday was my last dose of DNP. So give me another 5 days and we will see the final outcome.
 
wow! i'm counting the days.... did you go straight from 400mg? someone was posting that being on anything less than 12% bf does not merit dnp... thought he was nuts. To me thats when you should take it. How are the changes 'mirror wise'?
 
I like pickels personally - Now don't get the sweet kind loaded with sugar but just your regular dill pickel.

Not much in terms of kcals and they are very filling for the size to kcal ratio.

I was at 200mg for the first 3 day then upped it too 400 for the next 7, mirror wise the results have been great my obliques are oming in and my seratus is nicely visable as well as my 4 upper abs I still got a bit more to lose so im running clen right now but may take another run at DNP for a few more days in a couple weeks.
 
I think DNP is for those people that need to lose that last bit of fat (like last 10lbs) not a big fattie that needs to lose 100lbs that can easily be done with cutting back on cals to get down to a decent weight.

thats what i thought as well, losing the last bit is so hard unlike if ones overwieght, all you need to do is change your diet and you lose weight easily. How far apart to you recommend before you run another dnp cycle?

Im not sure I will wait probably 2 weeks then run another 7 days at 400mg

In 2 weeks? isn't that too soon? Dont you think you should still start at 200? by the way regarding anti-oxidants. Its been reported that Proanthocyanidins are 50 times more powerful than vitmain . They scavange free radicals in the body...just thought i should mention this supplement.

Thanks for the advice on the Vit bro. As for the 2 weeks I think it might be a little too soon maybe 4 then and I have a high tolerance for DNP and dont feel a fuckin thing till I up it to 400mg atleast so I already know how I react to it so I feel no need to have to start low to develop a tolerance.
