Carb cycle/ketosis and CLEN

So what are your guys thoughts on carb cycling or going in and out of ketosis with clen?

My goal is to lose some Bf% and get bigger while doing so.

Stats:
Weight:215lbs
Height: 6ft
Bf%: 16.5

All my fat is on my belly and love handles. Sucky. My arms and chest and upper back and legs look phenomenal IMHO, Which I'm super stoked about.

Recent daily intake:
Breakfast- 6 eggs, 2 slices of cheese, SOMETIMES 1 corn tortilla.
Snack- cheese sticks, ham, or a protein shake. 50 g's of protein 16 g's of carbs.
Lunch: chicken and meat with teriyaki sauce, SOMETIMES brown rice.
Sometimes another pwo protein shake, same as above.

THIS IS WHEN I WORK OUT. Heavy lifting, normally splits. Occasional week out of two months I do full body.

Dinner: whatever my girlfriend makes. However I have only meat veggies and fats for dinner, No real carbs.
Snack: beef jerky, cheese
Before bed: 2 spoons of organic Peanut butter or meat balls

All food intake is AT LEAST 2 hours apart.
My objective is not to let glycogen cells get full.. I want to continue to dipleet them. I went thru a no carb 2 week period at the start of my weight loss. There is more to lose.

I've already gone down from 232lbs. Do I even need to carb cycle? How could I taylor this diet? When more weight comes off and muscle continues to grow?

Give this fatty some feedback plz it's much appreciated!:mexican:

By your main fat deposits being around the waistline more than likely you do not do well with carbs. I would actually go two weeks on a paleo or primal diet.(With or without the clen) If you go to a paleo diet you will be in ketosis the entire time, but with primal (a few different rules, but pretty much the same) you can have fruits which may throw you out of ketosis. If you were to give this 30 days, my guess would be that you would lose around 10 pounds of fat mostly around the waistline. I know this because my main fat stores are the famous spare tire and I find I lose the fat faster when I go to a paleo diet more so than when I carb cycle. If you are unsure what paleo is google it!

2nd that,

carbs for me are the problem, the ket style diet is really effective for me.

and as the previous post do 2 weeks clen free, imo on keto clen is not needed and for me it causes that fried out feeling that eventually is to much. get into keto and enjoy!!!

The one thing I found about low carb is that you have to allow your body to get used to lower glycogen stores. So, try not to cheat for two weeks and see how you feel after that. This will allow you to get used to the low carb. The first two weeks are the worse and will make you want to quit if you don't have carbs. This is why I recommend you not cheat with a high carb meal or re-feed for 2-4 weeks. After this period, you will feel like you are in the best shape of your life, trust me!

You hit the nail on the head.. I do 2 weeks low carb then I do a carb every sunday. Seems to be working..

Might be a silly question, but would the N2 Burn help me out more on the keto diet, or would it be a bit too much?

If you are using clen i would say it would be a little too much to use N2Burn but then again that can be subjective to the individual and how they respond. If you aren't using clen i would definitely deem N2Burn useful for the thermogenic/energy/insulin regulation effect which can be a life saver for people on low carbs that feel like a walking zombie. ( i feel like that on low-carbs most of the time it's doable for me but it takes a toll on my training )
