Carb Cycling question

ok, so almost 3 months later. The carb cycling went pretty well and i put on some lbm during the time i did it, also between holidays and vacations i put on a little more fat then i intended on.

Now its time to start my carb cycling cut. Do i keep the same types of splits just lower the kCals?

Nine days in to my keto and im beginning to think I may not need to go that low. I dropped hella weight (probably mostly water) but am only about 6 lbs over where i want to be.

Im going to stick with the plan until i hit my target but when i do, should i follow same plan except using maintenance level macros?

Same question for bulking, same common theme just vary the macros?

Between the cardio, keto and reduced calories ive dropped 11 lbs in 9 days. All my top 4 abs are clearly visible now (none were 10 days ago when i got home) only the bottom abs are missing but they are always a problem for me.

Well im a few days away from carb cycling. I went into this with the intent of doing 2 weeks of keto before carb cycling but will definitely post it up when i do.

My routine is

Day 1 Chest
Day 2 Back
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Shoulders
Day 5 arms
Day 6 off
Day 7 repeat day 1.

My workout is usually between meals 4 & 5

To take this a little further, do you know your BMR/tdee? I know my maintenance level is about 3100-3200. Im going to put my plan together based on a 2700 daily intake while cutting. Not sure on the macros just yet.
