How much protein one can actually digest in a sitting is always a widely debated topic. I've heard that if you eat too much it will end up being stored as fat. (feel free to clarify this thought as well) I was wondering if you end up eating too many carbs in one sitting if it would have the same effect.
i ask this question because often times i will eat a shitload of carbs in one sitting but then adjust my other meals to fit my goals, and i wanna know if this is ok.
