Carbs before or after workout?

hey guys I need some help on carb intake. Right now after I workout I'll add a banana in my pwo regime for carbs, but now I feel like I need to change it up a bit. Should I take cytomax(carbs) before I workout then drop the banana in my pwo?

my goal is to loose weight. my diet right now is:
1800-200kcals
46 grams fat (on carbload days its 0)
90 grams carbs ( 250+ on carbload days)
2600 grams of protien
stats are:
22
5' 9''
175
bf 13.5% (goal is 8%)
