Cardio or BB

Okay people I was told a while ago that cardio burns calories BB burns fat . Now I just talked to a guy he says that I 'm wrong . Will some one fill me in on this . Or is there a report that I can read on this .
 
you cant target fat to burn, if you want to burn fat you have to burn more calories than you are taking in. Over time this will burn fat, but it works like accounting last on first off.
 
If you want to burn fat you need anaerobic respiratory activities, which would be an activity like walking at 50-60% max heartrate. Aerobic activities burn glycogen/ATP stores primarily over fat stores which take time to break into. Fat cannot be utilized fast enough for such activities.

I lost 3/16" off my waist from the previous mornings reading after a 65 minute walk with my dog last night, and having used 50mcg T3 that morning. I also had pizza that same night.
 
If you are trying to get rid of fat, then cardio can be a big help. Just make sure you are taking in plenty of protein 'cause surely you don't want to loose muscle mass.

But lifting and increasing muscle mass is usually condusive to the goals of most men.
 
Here is a good tip, do your cardio AFTER you have lifted. You will probably be tired as balls but it really helps to burn the fat and keep your heart rate up as your body is already excited.
