Cardio Question!!

Im currently doing the 5x5 routine 6 days a week... should i do cardio in the morning and work out at night or do cardio right before or right after my workout? I usually jump rope or ride a bike around the neighborhood about 3 days a week for about 30 minutes but i dont want it to hinder my gains.. PLEASE HELP!!
 
They say doing cardio in the morning burns more fat but I am not a morning person so evenings work for me.
 
keep it to less than 50 minutes a session at low to moderate intensity and it won't cause a problem for muscle growth.
a good cardio session after weights can help exhaust the muscles of glycogen (glucose) and give you an even greater anabolic 'rush' with insulin. which will help with muscle growth.
