alright guys, my car just broke down and its been hard for me to hit the gym, my goal for the next 6 months is a 6 pack. a buddy of mine is gunna start doing cardio at the gym around 5 am and i wanna start going with him because the gym is on the way to my house, but i know i'll be super tired afterwards and will probably go to sleep when finished. is that ok? or should i stay up, or can i just eat afterwards and go back to sleep?
