cardio when "bulking"

I am doing cardio on an empty stomach 2 times a week for 20 minutes, sometimes on rest days, sometimes on workout days. I workout 4 times a week. I am doing cardio to minimilize the fat gain (from the needed food to gain muscle's). But my question is if this is good. Because my maintenance is 3000 kcal and I eat 3300 kcal, but if I do cardio I just use the needed kcal to gain muscle. (My goal is to gain muscle's)
Hope I explaned it right.

yes, this is good. IMO anyone who cuts out cardio to gain weight isn't smart at all, esp if you using steroids. 20 minutes 2 times a week is not going to hinder your gains, however it will help keep your cardiovascular system healthy.

IMHO, cardio is good. And if my asthma wasn't so bad, and it wasn't so damn cold outside, and I wasn't so damn lazy....I would run a couple of miles right now. Instead, I just had some choc ice cream.

are asthma genetic/congenital/hereditary or acquired?

"Asthma may occur at any age, although it's more common in younger individuals (under age 40). People who have a family history of asthma have an increased risk of developing the disease. Asthma is also more common in people who have allergies or who are exposed to tobacco smoke. However, anyone can develop asthma at any time."

Incidence is way up without any clear indicator of why. Pollution? maybe. lazy people? maybe. something else? maybe.

the only cardio i get while bulking is from sex...which equates to about 20-30 minutes, 2-4 times a week...and i am working whether on top or bottom

ALSO, IMO YOU DONT HAVE TO GAIN ALOT OF FAT WHILE BULKING ANYHOW. WITH THE AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE OUT HERE TODAY, YOU CAN EFFECTIVELY EAT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CALORIES TO GROW AND ALSO KEEP THE FAT DOWN. SURE YOU NEED FAT IN YOUR DIET, BUT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TON OF CALORIES FROM A WHOPPER AND WHAT MAKES UP THOSE CALORES COMPARED TO THE CALORIES OF XXL DRINK OR EVEN AN ARBYS BIG ROAST BEEF SANDWICH. TO MANY PEOPLE CONFUSE BULKING OR GAINING WHILE TRAINING AND EATING AS A MEANING FOR SHOVELING CRAP INTO THEIR BODY AS A FORM OF NURISHMENT AND NUTRITION...

DAMN..WE WERE TALKING CARDIO WEREN'T WE...

MY BAD...

I would do it 3X a week for 20-30 min, at an nice easy pace. Then boost calories accordingly. I would not do it on an empty stomach, but just at the end of the weight routine.

Not only that but it increases your Protein turnover ratio which allows you to utilize more of the protein you eat.
