Cardio while bulking

I was just wonder what kind and how much cardio you guys do while you are bulking. I haven't been doing any lately and I feel like a lazy ass! I want to throw something in without burning too many extra cals. I have a hard enough time eating as much as I do now. I'd explode if I had to add another thousand.

I need to add some cardio into my routine, I can barley go up a flight of stairs without getting winded, talk about getting to old for this. lol
 
Moderate Cardio 30 min with a heart rate at 75% post workout but it is better if you can split them a few hours apart, You wont expend to many calories to interfere with your bulking, Also with the added blood flow it will support your recovery
